Product

Your whole music business, module by module.

Twenty-five modules that work on their own, but the value is in how they fit together: a contact becomes a campaign, the campaign an opportunity, the opportunity a signed contract and the contract a compliant invoice. And Martina runs through all of it: you can ask her for any of these things just by talking.

Module 1

Martina

She's not a chatbot that tells you where the button is: she's an industry professional who sees your organisation's data and does the work with you. She talks with you on desktop, on your phone and right here on this site, before you even have an account.

  • She answers with your data, not generalities. Opportunities, contacts, shows, roster, invoices, contracts, day sheets, expenses and campaigns: she looks them up and sums them up for you, with a link to each record.
  • She does things, not just talks about them. She creates contacts and shows, sends proposals, prepares contracts, launches Match Booker, adds collaborators and artists to the roster. She never writes anything until you hit Confirm.
  • She understands dates the way you say them: “from the 3rd to the 5th,” “every Friday until 11/20” or “two sets, at 9 PM and 11 PM,” in shows, opportunities and events.
  • She takes you anywhere on the platform when you need it and, if something's out of the ordinary, puts you in touch with the Huming team.
  • She knows the trade. Fees, commissions, riders, hiring through Spanish Social Security, SGAE and rights, distribution, sponsorships, grants, festival trends. If it's not about music, she'll tell you and point you to a general-purpose AI.
  • She looks at what you send her. A poster the venue sent you, a signed rider, your single's cover art: she analyses it and tells you what's missing.
  • She distributes your music. She prepares the release info, metadata, cover art and pitch, and gets your release ready for Spotify, Apple Music and the rest. No subscription fee: Huming keeps 15% of what it earns.
  • She listens to your songs. Upload your demo —even a big WAV file— or paste the lyrics, and she'll give you her take before you put it out.
  • She creates the images for a show or a release, and drafts your social posts.
  • She takes notes in your meetings and puts what was agreed right where it belongs.

Contacts

The foundation everything else rests on: promoters, venues, festivals, media, techs and suppliers, with their tax details ready to invoice.

  • Guided four-step import. Upload your Excel or CSV file, map the fields, decide what to do with duplicates and confirm.
  • Sync with your CRM or email marketing tool. Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot and Holded, all with the same wizard.
  • Company or individual. For companies we separate trade name and legal name, so the invoice comes out right the first time.
  • AI assistant. Completes and tidies up incomplete records based on what you've already written.
  • Lists and segments that feed straight into your campaigns, without exporting anything.
  • Or just talk to her: hand Martina a list and she'll import up to 200 contacts in one go.

Email and WhatsApp campaigns

A five-step wizard to pitch your roster, announce a release or promote an event. No HTML templates, no outside tools.

  • Six campaign types: roster pitch, new artist, new single or EP, new event, news and freeform.
  • Two channels. Newsletters for long-form pitches, WhatsApp Business for things people read right away.
  • Custom audience. Contact search, saved segments and a pick of artists from your roster.
  • Custom sender and a real preview before you send.
  • Send now, schedule or save as draft, with a credit check before anything goes out.

Opportunities, proposals and contracts

From interest to signed paperwork without leaving the platform, and without your client ever having to create an account.

  • Proposal from the opportunity, with amounts, terms and attachments.
  • Public link by email: your client accepts, declines or comments on the changes they need.
  • Agreements from the show: upload one as a PDF or create it in Huming, with the gig details already filled in.
  • Tech and hospitality riders attached automatically based on the type of gig. If you don't have one yet, Martina walks you through it step by step.
  • Handwritten e-signature with an audit trail: full name, explicit acceptance, date, time and IP logged.
  • Authorized signer set up once in your organisation's details.

Module 5

Invoicing and Verifactu

Invoices issued and received in the same place where you close your gigs, with the AEAT's required anti-fraud record already taken care of.

  • SHA-256 chained hash. Each invoice links to your organisation's previous one: if anyone alters one, the chain gives it away.
  • Verification QR code printed on the PDF, with the official URL of the Spanish Tax Agency.
  • Truly tamper-proof. An invoice with a generated record can't be deleted: it gets corrected, as the rules require.
  • Turn it on whenever you want. You enable it per organisation; if you work with Holded, we keep its tax numbering.
  • Inbox for received invoices. Forward the PDF to your organisation's address and the AI reads it and creates the purchase.
  • Or just talk to her: “make an invoice to the venue for €500 plus VAT,” “issue it,” “send it to them” and “mark it as paid.” Before issuing, she shows you the number, the amounts and the Verifactu record.
  • Thoughtful details: 15-day due date by default, IBAN on the PDF, duplicate invoice and email delivery with tracking.

Verifactu timeline: mandatory from January 1, 2027 for companies and from July 1, 2027 for the self-employed. Huming already issues invoices in “non-Veri*Factu” mode: the same technical requirements (chained hash, tamper-proofing and QR code), with the record stored and exportable on demand, without each organisation having to provide its own digital certificate.

Module 6

Distribution

Your music on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Deezer and YouTube Music, prepared from the same place where you manage your gigs. No subscription fee: Huming keeps 15% of what your releases earn and 85% is yours.

  • Guided release. Title, artist, type, date, genre, language, explicit or instrumental: Martina asks you everything and doesn't leave a single field the platforms would reject.
  • Audio up to large WAV files, uploaded straight from your browser, no need to compress it first.
  • AI-generated cover art based on the idea behind the track, for 25 credits, or your own if you already have it.
  • A written pitch for the platforms' editorial teams, which is what really decides whether you land on a playlist.
  • Full albums, track by track: order, credits, files and cover art, with Martina guiding you all the way to submission.
  • Follow every delivery: received, in review, delivered and live.
  • Catalogue and tracking. Every release stays in your discography, with its audience data coming back to your dashboard.
  • Bring your catalogue from another distributor: import it and it keeps earning through Huming.
  • Royalties with splits. Every statement is split among everyone involved, with per-track exceptions if needed, and each person sees their share and withdraws it whenever they want.
  • No per-release cost and no lock-in: if it doesn't earn, you don't pay a thing.

Dashboard and analytics

When you log in, the picture of your business. Not a to-do list: the numbers you actually use to plan your next tour.

  • Overall metrics: shows booked, open proposals, invoiced and awaiting payment.
  • Real conversion from campaign to proposal and from proposal to signed contract.
  • Performance by artist, promoter and territory, so you know where to go back and where not to.

Match Booker

Landing gigs no longer depends on who you know. Match Booker matches your project with the right talent buyers in the industry and gets your proposal to them, without you writing a single cold email.

  • You choose who to reach by territory, genre, minimum fee and organisation type: venues, promoters, 360 agencies, festivals or town councils, each with its own count before anything gets sent.
  • Step by step with Martina. Say “I want to use Match Booker” and she'll ask you for territory, type, genres and how many, with the cost in front of you before you confirm.
  • Every send becomes an opportunity on your dashboard, with its own tracking and proposal, and nobody you've already contacted gets it twice.
  • Real industry data. You don't see their contact details and they don't pay to be listed: it's not a bought email list.
  • 100 credits per send, and you're only charged for what actually goes out.

Roster

Your roster is the business. Every artist with their profile, terms, calendar and show formats, ready to show a talent buyer in two clicks.

  • Added in seconds. Type the name and the profile fills itself in: photo, bio, genres, Spotify listeners and socials. If the artist is already on Huming, they get a collaboration request; if they don't exist anywhere, you create them by hand.
  • Terms for every deal: management, booking, label services or distribution, each with its own commission, plus who pays the subscription.
  • Show formats ready to sell: length, soundchecks, deposit and technical requirements, with their price.
  • Connected calendar. Link the artist's Google Calendar and, when you're putting a proposal together, filter who's free that date and who's already playing nearby.
  • Availability by date: who's free and who isn't on a given day or date range, and the roster sent with only the ones who are free.
  • Send the roster with your design template, from Huming or from your Gmail or Outlook, or as an email and WhatsApp campaign. Every send becomes an opportunity.
  • Public roster page with a booking form: the talent buyer picks artists, format and date, and it lands on your dashboard as an opportunity.
  • Get into each artist's account with per-person permissions for your team, or just ask Martina: “add this artist to the roster,” “send the roster to this talent buyer.”

Artist marketplace

Every artist in the world, in a single search. More than 14 million you can request a show from: search, see their details and indicative fee, and request the date. The Huming team takes care of the rest.

  • Any artist, not just a closed catalogue. If several share the same name, it shows you each one with photo, country and a Spotify link so you can pick the right one.
  • Instant press kit: monthly listeners, followers on Spotify, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, genres, links and their music to listen to right there.
  • Indicative fee range, calculated by a model trained on real industry fees. Free.
  • A public press kit for every artist on artists.huming.pro: a page with their details, their music, their videos, their upcoming shows, their indicative fee and a button to request a date, ready to share.
  • “Request a date”: date, city, venue, capacity and budget, for one or several artists, with what's included (artist only, tech or full production) and the rider if you need it. Huming confirms availability and terms with you.
  • No sign-up needed, right from Martina's chat on the website: the last step is your phone number, and you've got an account. Inside the platform it works the same way, just by talking to her.

Ticketing

Put tickets for your show on sale in minutes: a checkout page with your branding, card payments, QR tickets by email and entry control from any phone. No subscription fee: Huming keeps 5.5% of every ticket sold online.

  • Ready in minutes, even by talking. Say “I want to sell tickets” and Martina asks you for the event, date, doors time, location and ticket types with their price and capacity.
  • With your brand and your legal details. Logo, colour and practical info, plus who's selling —legal name, tax ID and terms of sale— on the page and on every ticket.
  • Final price with VAT included, with the breakdown in plain sight, and multiple showtimes for the same event, each ticket tied to its own.
  • The money goes to your account. Connect your payout account once and every sale goes straight to you, no waiting for settlements.
  • QR tickets by email and as a PDF, one page per ticket so you can forward them to whoever's coming.
  • Entry control with nothing to install. One link for the door team: scan the QR code with the camera (on iPhone too), search by name or code, check people in and add box office tickets, with doors and closing times right there.

Shows and tours

Every show, from the confirmed date to the paid invoice: the signed agreement, invoices that write themselves, the day sheet, the expenses and what it actually left you. And tours, with all their dates together.

  • E-signed agreement. Create it from the show details—fee, payment terms, rider—or upload your own contract, and both parties sign it from their phones.
  • Invoices that write themselves. Once the agreement is signed, the invoice fills itself in: client, description, deposit or balance amount and payment method. And it's Verifactu-compliant.
  • AI day sheets: schedules, contacts, assigned crew, logistics, parking, dressing rooms and rider, as a PDF and sent to the crew. Or upload the one you already have.
  • Expenses and profitability. Travel, accommodation and per diems for each date, plus its income, expenses and margin without doing the math separately.
  • Tours that group their shows, with automatic start and end dates, artwork and who on the team is going.
  • Your dates on Bandsintown: Huming prepares the upload sheet with your published shows.
  • Other artists' calendars: before locking in a date, check the shows they've announced. It's a guide: anything they don't publish won't show up.
  • Just ask Martina: “make me the day sheet for Saturday,” “invoice the Valencia deposit,” “how much did the tour leave us?”

For promoters, venues and festivals: the whole event in one place. The lineup, production by area with its suppliers, ticket sales and the event's accounts, so you know whether the numbers add up before the doors open.

  • A lineup with its shows. Add artists or link shows that already exist, each with its own agreement, fee and day sheet.
  • Production by area: sound and lighting tech, transfers, hotels, crew catering, permits, staff, security, insurance, medical services, generator, bars, merch, sponsors, PR and artwork.
  • Every service with its supplier and cost, and the venue with its rental fee: who's handling what, in plain view of the whole team.
  • The event's accounts. Costs and income for every line item—fees, production, tickets, bars, sponsorship—to keep the event's books up to date.
  • Tickets and entry, with Ticketing built into the same event: checkout page, QR tickets and door control from your phone.

  • Social media posts. Martina prepares the copy and the promo image for a release, a show or an event.

Never lose anything that gets said or anything that pops into your head. Record the meeting and you get the minutes; record the idea and you get it analysed.

  • Meetings with minutes. Record or upload the audio, it gets transcribed and you get minutes with a summary, decisions and tasks.
  • Ideas and voice notes. A hummed melody, some lyrics or a plan: record it and Martina analyses and saves it.
  • Demo feedback like an A&R would give: what works, what doesn't, what it sounds like and whether it's ready for release.

  • Only what's open, with the deadline, the amount and the rules for each call, plus the ones you're following, saved with their deadline.
  • AI-drafted application: project description, budget, timeline, track record, declarations and document checklist, editable and as a PDF, for 100 credits.

Cobra con Huming

For artists and bands who can't invoice: Huming acts as the production company, invoices the client for the gig and pays each member through payroll, with Social Security registration taken care of.

  • Huming signs and invoices. The performance contract and the client invoice are issued in Huming's name, with VAT.
  • Every member, properly registered. An artist employment contract for that gig, Social Security registration and deregistration, and payroll, handled by a specialized labor and payroll firm.
  • Details via a private link: each member fills in their own, or you pick them from your collaborators. Sensitive data never travels by email.
  • Know what everyone takes home before you ask for it: an estimate that factors in Social Security, IRPF withholding, the payroll firm and Huming's commission.
  • Step-by-step tracking, from request to payment: contract, registrations, show, invoice, collection and payroll.
  • Just ask Martina: “how much would each of us get for a €1,500 gig?”

Projects

A tour, a release or a festival comes with a thousand tasks. Organize them with your team on a board, with dates and owners, so nobody has to ask how it's going.

  • Sprint backlog: prioritise, drag tasks into this week's sprint and, when you close it, anything unfinished rolls over to the next one.
  • Kanban and Gantt: tasks in columns you drag and drop, plus a timeline of the whole project with dates you stretch by hand.
  • Every task has its own key (GIRA-12), owner, priority, dates, points and comments, and links to its show, contract, invoice or campaign.
  • Instant alerts: when someone assigns you a task, moves it or comments on it, you get a push notification or an email.
