Distribution isn't paid upfront and doesn't use credits: Huming keeps 15% of what your releases earn and the other 85% is yours. If it doesn't earn, you don't pay.

Credits
Every question to Martina, every WhatsApp, every send to a booker and every invoice read with AI has a real cost per use. That is paid with credits, never upfront: the work is done first and then deducted. Credits don't expire and stay in your organisation's balance until you spend them.
At €0.01 per credit, in multiples of 1,000. Buy them from the platform or by asking Martina in the chat, with payment right inside the conversation.

What you do yourself in the dashboard (contacts, gigs, calendar, contract signing, day sheets) is included in the subscription and doesn't use credits. If you ask Martina to do it in the chat, the credits for that question are deducted (from 2).

No. Martina works on credits alone, whether or not you have a subscription. The subscription is for the dashboard.
The dashboard is paused and you can keep working from the chat with your credits. Your data is kept in your organisation for 12 months. If you subscribe within that time, the dashboard comes back just as you left it.
No. The fee covers the platform; credits pay for what you use of Martina. That way, someone who barely uses Martina doesn't pay for someone who uses her a lot.
Because some things cost money every time they happen: a question to the AI, a WhatsApp, an email or a Match Booker send. Keeping them separate from the fee stops people who barely use them from paying for those who send thousands.

The Agency and Promoter & venue plans include five seats: the people on your team and each active artist on your roster count. From the sixth on, it's €10 a month each. Musicians you invite inside their band's account are free. On the 360 Plan we tailor it to your structure.
